What is Centre County Camp Cadet?
Centre County Camp Cadet is a summer camp designed for youth aged 12-15, focusing on personal development through engaging activities led by local law enforcement. Participants will learn valuable skills while enjoying a week of fun and friendship.
Who can attend the camp?
The camp is open to all Centre County youth aged 12 to 15 years old as long as the student is between those ages, at the time of camp.
Girls week will be held July 27- August 2
Boys week will be held August 3- August 9
What activities are included in the camp?
Camp Cadet offers a variety of activities including team-building exercises, outdoor adventures, and educational workshops led by law enforcement professionals. Participants will engage in fun challenges that promote teamwork, leadership, and personal growth throughout the week.

Is there a fee to attend the camp?
Yes, there is a nominal fee to attend Centre County Camp Cadet, which helps cover the costs of activities, meals, materials and lodging. We strive to keep the fee affordable, and scholarships may be available for those in need to ensure every child can participate. Currently the cost is $250 per camper.

Safety is our top priority at Centre County Camp Cadet. We have trained staff, including local law enforcement, who ensure a safe environment. All activities are supervised, and we follow strict safety protocols to protect all participants.
